Know Your Car Air Circulation Device

Know your circulation device AC and damage anything that could happen on this device
When your car's air conditioner works already weakened alias no longer blowing cold air to the maximum, not necessarily the cause of freon to be filled again.

Damage to one of these devices can cause the circulation of air conditioning is not cold anymore and freon run out quickly. For that recognize some air circulation device and any damage that may occur in these devices that influence your car air conditioner work:

1. Evaporator
  • Function: change the liquid into gas freon cool. In this device the liquid freon cooling process occurs.
  • Damage: leak due to dirt that accumulates causing corrosion / loss.
2. The thermostat
  • Function: to supply electrical power to the compressor automatically. The sensor will detect the temperature on the thermostat in the evaporator suits. If the thermostat is damaged then the evaporator could freeze because electric circuit breaker malfunction.
  • Damage: marked by smoke from the AC grid and the presence of water droplets like dew dripping from the evaporator.
3. Dryer
  • Function: a place to store temporary freon when thawed by then supplied to the condenser to the evaporator. Another function is to filter impurities in the air circulation system.
  • Damage: clogged dryer by a pile of dirt carried by the condenser. When the dryer is broken then the spare air becomes unstable and changeable.
4. Expansion Valve
  • Functions: spray liquid Freon from the dyer to the evaporator temperature and low pressure.
  • Damage: expansion valves can be damaged if the dryer is also defective because it brings dirt to come in so that the damage can spread to the evaporator to participate exposed dirt.
5. Condenser
  • Function: Change the Freon into the high-pressure fluid and high temperature.
  • Damage: Can a leak, dust dirt and mud can damage components.
6. Compressor
  • Function: Pressing the liquid Freon into the condenser.
  • Damage: Leaking seals, a weak magnetic coupling, decreased compressor oil. If any damage is usually accompanied by signs of the emergence of noise when the air conditioner in a condition on.
